Content Creation Specialist – Social Media & Digital Strategy

Location: Hybrid – Travel along the M4 corridor (onsite visits three times a week)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum DOE + vehicle allowance

The Role:

You will work closely with teams across the business to showcase company initiatives, ensuring consistency and authenticity in our digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that enhances brand awareness and engagement.
• Create visually engaging content that resonates with our audience across various digital platforms.
• Engage with teams at site level to source content and share company initiatives online.
• Monitor and manage online communities, fostering conversations and increasing interactions.
• Analyse social media performance, using insights to refine and enhance content strategy.
• Lead innovative and highly engaging social media campaigns that align with key projects.
• Proactively build relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and relevant online communities.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, implementing best practices to drive platform growth.
• Apply SEO knowledge and platform-specific strategies to optimise content reach and engagement.
