Are you a dynamic and creative events professional looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking an Event Manager to join the team, delivering exceptional events and ensuring outstanding operational excellence for their most prestigious client

About the Role:

As an Event Manager, you will take full ownership of your events, managing the process from initial enquiry to successful delivery. You will be responsible for budgeting, supplier coordination, and client communication, ensuring each event exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver UK-based events with up to 20 suppliers and support staff.
  • Develop innovative event concepts and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Oversee the full event lifecycle, from budgeting and planning to on-site execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Attend industry trade events to represent the company and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure financial targets and margin percentages are met for each event.
  • Travel to client events and on-site locations as required (including overnight stays).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree-level qualification or 2+ years’ experience in events within an agency or client-side role.
  • Proven track record of managing events from concept to completion, including on-site experience.
  • Experience handling event budgets of up to £250,000.
  • Strong knowledge of venues, suppliers, and destinations.
  • Excellent negotiation and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
