Are you passionate about creating exceptional online shopping experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a flair for the creative side of eCommerce? If you’re eager to grow with a thriving international brand and make a meaningful impact in the retail sector, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

We’re seeking an Assistant Ecommerce Manager (Front-End) to take ownership of our clients website’s look, feel, and performance. You’ll lead the team in delivering visually compelling and highly functional online experiences, driving trade success through creative merchandising and proactive decision-making.

As part of a growing business, you’ll collaborate across departments and with external specialists to ensure the site reflects the brand’s premium positioning and supports its exponential growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the website's front-end brand development and implement changes to enhance user experience.
  • Lead product inventory management, product launches, and visual merchandising to ensure the site is optimized for performance and trade.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, and design) to bring campaigns to life online.
  • Conduct trade and performance analysis using tools like Hotjar and Shopify to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Mentor and manage a small team of eCommerce professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with the backend eCommerce team to maintain a seamless site experience.
  • React swiftly to external factors (weather, trends, etc.) to keep the site relevant and engaging.

About You

  • Previous experience in website/eCommerce management, ideally with Shopify.
  • A strong eye for design and creativity paired with an analytical mindset.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
  • A team player who can collaborate across departments.
  • Experience in international eCommerce is a bonus.

Benefits

  • Generous staff discount.
  • Pension contributions increasing with tenure.
  • Hybrid working (4 days office, 1 day home).

Ready to Join?

If this sounds like the role for you, we’d love to hear from you—whether you meet every requirement or not. Bring your enthusiasm, creativity, and ideas, and let’s grow together!
